Relish started working with The Marshmallowist at the start of 2018 – initially as a food business coach. They were scaling up for rapid growth as a result of recent R&D which had enabled them to extend the shelf life of their products.

They needed a coach to review their processes to make them both scalable and fit for purpose during the period of rapid growth they were about to embark on.

Once the processes were reviewed, we stayed working with them to help them get the listings in their target retailers and achieve the growth they were after. We created actionable sales plans, we guided and mentored them and enabled them to achieve their dreams. They are flying now and were recently featured on The Hairy Bikers Go North Christmas Special!  It’s really great to see.
